Malwalm, Shepherd of Mushrooms

Share

Before the Grandfather of your grandfather's grandfather was born , Malwalm was quite very old. The ancient troll came from nature's womb the moment of the very first dawn.

Now , the summer is gone and winter has won , its all very clear for Nature's ol' son. The sun now sleeps , a moon now creeps. The time has come , the task must be done.

Ever since and forever more , Malwalm carries his ancient chore. To lay the mushroom's spore , he treads back and fore , alone and silent , ever since and forever more...

you know I could see his penis right now. but still this looks awesome

Kkylimos responds:

wha..? He aint got genitals because he is an elemental of nature. He does not need to reproduce.

Do my eyes deceive me? Are those mushrooms and a badger peering over them? I wonder where the snake is?

lol Joking aside; great color choice. It's very dark and gritty, and the detail on Malwalm is immaculate. The design of the mushrooms add a lot of visuals in this grimy piece. I also like how you did the leaves! I wish I knew how to paint them like in this picture. Good work!

Kkylimos responds:

Hey mate! Thanks a lot! Dark and gritty is the way to go :) About the leaves , i didnt have time to draw a detailed background and the smoke effect is also less developed. Deadlines suck...But it was good practice to try and make a decent background in such short amount of time! Cheers!

Very sweet looking.
I love how smooth the image is.
Cant wait till Im able to create stuff like this.

Kkylimos responds:

Thank you mate! If you work hard you can achieve anything!

cool!

Kkylimos responds:

Thanks :)
