Well, it is a slight improvement at least.

The first thing I notice right away with the image are the guns and shadow.

First the shadow shouldn't even look that way. The shadow shows her legs going in two different directions rather than lining up with her legs and up to where the dress begins. The shadow for her legs just do not make much sense.

The guns, I can't tell if she has the triggers pulled all the way, the bullets fired off and she's still holding them for no reason or if you didn't add the triggers for the guns. The gun on the right... somehow it just does not look right, whether it be the handle of it, the odd thing sticking out from the top or just how it looks overall.

The explosion seems to look alright, slightly off the ground, so I am going to take a guess something large blew up in the background after being tossed into the air and almost touching the ground. With the explosion as it is, this bit goes with the shadow, it should be making the shadow lining up with her legs rather than making the shadow legs look like they are opening up.

The slight dark flare to the left of the shadow seems decent enough, however it should look just about the same for the right side rather than a dark little area. Also, with the explosion, there should be a slight wind either blowing her hair slightly to the side or to the front of her sides if she is close enough to the explosion. Should also be a slight amount of dirt/dust moving in the background.

Clarice's hair needs to look a bit messy since I doubt it would stay perfect as it is near an explosion while walking away from one. Her sunglasses, acceptable. The cigarette however, should be showing a slight amount of smoke to it given there is a bit of black at the tip of it. Her arms look alright given the lighting is coming from behind her; same goes for her legs.

The collar/choker she has looks good but what is with the long red piece hanging from it down into her breasts? Is it an aesthetic look or just a technical goof or what? The dress itself seems to be good but like her arms, it should be with good shading, looking closely it seems a brush was taken and just doodling in the shaded area. Take her heels for example, nicely shaded to go with the lighting from the explosion, should try to work on the dress that way to make it look cleaner. The reverse looking "z" on the dress doesn't look very good on her dress.

Overall, improving, just have to practice over time and improve your art style.
