Nice work

Well this was some nice work. I like the effects and filters used here I think if you put fourth some lighting and darkening effects as well that this would be even better maybe been doing something with the eye as well but maybe that's just me I still find this to be a fantastic piece of artsy style and good effort

Doctor Who

Kind of reminds me of the time travel sequence in either the Tardis in Dr. Who or in the more obscure Bill & Ted films :P

The cloud-scape has too much purple in it for my liking. I think that the addition of either more colours (less black and white), or thinning out the purple for a more blue approach will make it more cloud like.

I originally went for the blue approach, but I settled for this one in the end because I liked the outcome more.

As for the Doctor Who resemblance, I guess this would look a whole lot better if I added some depth, thank you for the idea.

The colors were perfect, and the design in which they are used is even better. It is indeed a very dreamy picture, and the simplicity is perfect.

I don't really have anything else to say about it, so great job overall.

It's really comforting to see that at least some people like my choice of colors. That's because like I said earlier, my greatest fear is to ruin something I worked on with a bad choice of colors, so it's really flattering for me to know that you think they are perfect.

Psychedelic

It's nice, but a bit simple.

Although I like the colours, it would have been nice to stay with the purple closer to the centre, as it gets a bit murky and brown. Maybe you should have started with a light purple and made it get darker in the middle..

They aren't really clouds, are they? More like a hurricane or something. It's certainly some part of a psychedelic forecast.

For some reason it reminds me of the film "Donnie Darko", which is a good thing, I think.

Thanks. I will remember what you said about the colors, maybe try it the next time I'll do something similar.
They do resemble a hurricane, yes, but I liked more the idea of a dreamy cloud.
As for Donnie Darko, sorry, never heard of it.

Nice

Simple, but very nice. Reminds me more of a hurricane, but you are right, the clouds also look very "dreamy".

I especially like the colors in this picture, they go along pretty well together.

Thanks, the colors were actually my biggest fear, most of the times I get them wrong and that tends to discourage me, because an otherwise nice picture gets ruined by my choice of colors.
