Could've gone with MANY more details and shading. Little attention went in this image, but I can see you had fun with the concept. It's too basic to be giving true criticism on it, I'm afraid.

But the shading seem to be all over the place around the ears and there is no shadow on the shield!! Also, lines go where you say? Like the others said, could have needed a tad bit more time spent on it.

now... the thing that's bugging me doc... is the lines on the shield... they need to be going in the same direction if the object is flat... if you follow them from the bottom left... they don't line up... nor does the head seem to make any shadow at all... i have to agree with the others... needs more time spent on it...
