A nice fellow on Steam named Noorvik added me to commission a drawing of his TF2 Medic.
For anyone who cares, the loadout is: Medic's Mountain Cap, Blighted Beak and Heat of Winter. Unusual Effects: Knifestorm and Orbiting Fire.
