Nice, looks like an amateur found picture that is photoshopped to see what we clearly see, a killer with a chicken mask. So yeah i like the effects and drawings and colors are really good. I did played this game i loved it. Well done.

Fan Art I did for Hotline Miami! Richard is honestly my favourite x_x
I did this during a live stream, I was trying to use the same method that Ross Tran made in his videos, where he would paint and sculpt the main shapes out of random textures and photos.
This has pictures of Tokyo, garbage piles and fruit... Literally XD
