I really think you should draw in a RASTER editor such as Paint Tool SAI, preferably with a E-pen.
You're right, the proportions are failed, colors are not interesting, all details und line art are wonky. Shading still makes almost no sense. Und leg & hand anatomy is not realistic (which is "-" because this piece leans more towards realism). It's rushed, it's bad. But at least you actually made it und "+1" artwork in your gallery! So keep doing stuff like this, please.
