Is about a group of black African weapon dealers, who in a stormy night at sea lost a enormous part of their smuggling cargo, which then mysteriously ends washed up in japan (because anime and shit says so), then as luck would have it a orange haired girl with a kimono gets a hold of these weapons, she suffers from delusions and fancied herself a kunoichi, she actually had some real ninja weapons hidden at home which she had hoarded through the years with the help of her parents, and which she used to feed her delusions even more, indeed her parents had a huge role on pampering her fantasies, they too liked to play Ninja.

Anyway, she finds the illegal weapons, a huge bunch of guns, assault rifles, grenades, really unstable gold colored automatics of dubious quality, grenade launchers, and a couple of mortars, she was the happiest girl in the world, so she decided to change the name of her adventure to Gunmetal Black, in honor of her new found Guns, her extensive collection of blades that her parents had gathered for her, and... the books filled with pages of rebellious anti-capitalist propaganda that accompanied the texts depicting imagery of black revolutionary resistance, she didn't even knew what it was all about because for starters she only knew Japanese and at best some English, and secondly she wasn't all that familiar with black people so she just called them black books of the black demons and integrated the imagery into her delusion.

These weapons were indeed part of the secret supply of a notorious group of Somali Pirates who were on their way to seal a deal with the Chinese mafia, but alas nature had to get in the way, with their plans delayed they now had to recover their stock, using a mixture of connections made out of the Chinese mafia which they now where indebted to, and the Japanese Yakuza.

Meanwhile deluded orange haired ninja girl will take her 2 friends and convince them to join her on an adventure filled with a bunch of missing bullets which would terrorize the dormant and oblivious Japanese population, her 2 friends as it seems to be mandatory nowadays are a brother and sister in a suspiciously-incestuous-too-affective-to-be-comfortable relationship that doesn't really gets to cross the limits of conservative sexual behavior established on the Japanese society of today, despite sibling complex being a widely spread fetish on fictional Japanese media, and as fate will have it they are heirs to one of the dominant Yakuza groups, it so happens that they take most of the weapons to their house, but these snobby pampered brats decide to make the stock part of their secret game and don't tell the head of the clan, eventually a rival Yakuza group finds about this, the discovery ignites a triple gang war of Yakuza and Chinese Mafiosos, but the Somali Pirates powerless and in need of money could only see as the rice eaters killed each other over the juicy weapon supply, spending all the ammunition, and even damaging completely the majority of the precious armory, it was not everyday that the Japanese Yakuza had the opportunity to go stupid with fire power at each other, and oh boy did they go trigger happy!

SPOILERS!!! eventually they all end dead, except for the deluded girl who commits suicide after realizing that she would never have an adventure as big as that one, feeling that living an empty life devoid of stimuli was not worth it.

Needless to say none of the 3 main characters go to school, ever, they just like to wear school uniforms.

Also at one point Orange haired Ninja girl assumes that the books is actually depicting a bunch of ganguro fashionable hip Japanese people, so she decides to imitate the style for a couple of chapters before noticing that ganguro was actually not a fashion thing anymore, in the middle of the day surrounded with embarrassment making cute Japanese girl screams that sound all "KYAAAA" she decides to go back to her previous style, despite "being" a kunoichi stealthiness was never one of her priorities which is why she has noisy orange hair and wears a white-pink kimono with a pair of shiny golden Uzies.

Her outer appearance is in reality a scream for attention to her parents, who despite pampering and feeding her delusions by facilitating her access to weaponry, in reality never cared about her, and had her drowned in a circle of neglect in which her safety was just second to their own sick ideals of enjoyment and a life ethos based on being a "real " Ninja Family.

I like the way your arranged the text good choice. So what kind of manga is it if it is a zombie Apocalypse then you could have one chasing this group. I am just trying to figure what this scene is about.
