"The real battle starts with those who strike first...!" ;)

This was kind of my first real battle painting ever. It was difficult to balance composition, and perspective aswell, but I think the result is decent.

Hope you guys like this work :)

This is good

It just doesn't capture any sense of action. The poses are way too stiff. Trying to rewind this scene in my mind is hard. It looks like they just kinda strolled up to point blank range and calmly opened fire at each other.

epic

im not sure if you have any plans for your creations, but seriously, you need to create a plot, just a simple plot that incorporates your drawings so you can send it in to bethesda or bungie and have them make some epic video game from this. i recently saw a trailor for the elder scrolls V skyrim, and judging by that video, the gaming industry is ready for you and your art to be recreated perfectly for our video gaming pleasures. i would love to be able to pilot one of those things or to bring on down. look into that. please. haha

It Is Well Painted... But...

Unlike some of your other pieces, this one lacks a sense of movement or stopped time.
I'm not sure why, perhaps the posing, or the the scene itself, but something just seems stopped.
Like the director just stood up and said, "Ok, everyone hold still while we get a progress shot! Very good, now resume."

But other than that lack of action, this piece is well done.
