She looks powerful, although she lacks the rippling muscles. I love the glow effect on the hair and the hair itself, it's quite lovely. This character is relatively thin and spinally (in most places) compared to your previous images. Anywho, I like the costume, very simple and in some ways fits in the world of Dragon-ball.
