It does look cool, but is this really allowed in the newgrounds art portal? I thought they had something against real life photos. (I'm not going to report you, I'm just curious).

Took a photo of my sister on out Wednesday Trip, tweeked it a bit to give it an eerie look.
this is verrry cool. im not sure how you did it, but i love it none the less.
the blur effect works really well

Thanks a lot! For this photo I've merged two different photos of two different shutter speeds. The white silhouette was something I just drew in to make it more eerie. Glad you like it! :)
