The style of drawing is very very very nice!
I like the fact that although the sketchy style is there it really feels detailed.
Its great for concept art or artistic novels. Something Like Batman: Arkham Asylum.

The lightning is strong and very power full. Its that talent that true skilled painters had in the past. Great Job! In its genre i give it a 10 Overall compared to all other art ou there in the world you would get a 9.5 Just because there is always something that tops the last biece of art :) Keep it up!

I know theres always something thats better ,just browse at DA or even conceptarts.org forums lol
I enjoy looking upon the creations of others, and this is a very well done piece. I wish I could draw like this for I am an aspiring artist, but sadly I can really only do sketches, not colors because I am just not good yet at using them.

Standart round brush and normal colormode except for the sun ,which is screen+color dodge.

out of the misty clouds into a perfect green and blue sky,
a mighty Dragon is taking his queen towards the sun,i love it.

Seems like an actual painting
the colors are like oldish
