the ground there reminds me of the pirate home world in Metroid prime 3 corruption. great color. so I guess where there are flying spaceships instead of cars, there are no billboard ad signs!!! neat!

It itched me to draw brightly lit streetlines. And I wanted to try video capping the process, again. PS CS 5 + Intuos 4 1-2 hours.
