The picture of her is very nice. The smile, the shading, the colors are all very well done. That background just throws the whole thing off though. If you could resubmit the art with a different background I think it would look much better.

I really like this my only thought is why not use a darker blue to separate character from background

What flamboyant coloring. These colors are very pale, I find it difficult to see the image, I only wish they were more defined.
