Hey, wait a minute...
That robot guy looks suspiciously like those enemies you see in the megaman games, mainly 7 and 8. I think they're called like...shield Joes or something similar. Is that where the idea came from?

This was a picture I drew during my weekly Ustream drawing show: Draw With The Ninjkabat. I didn't finish the whole picture in that hour, but I like to think that it was a really good show that week. If you want to check it out, there's a link in my journal; it broadcasts every Tuesday night at 9pm PST.
Anyway, this picture was inspired by the second rock opera by The Protomen. I'm feeling too lazy to go over what all is happening, but just know that it's not completely true to either the rock opera or the continuity of megaman. But that's Dr. Light on the left and the malicious looking head on the right is Dr. Wily. Maybe layter I'll explain more, but I need to go now.
Any critique on the lighting and shading would be appreciated.
Edit* Oh, and I still need a scout due to the portal reboot. Take a look at my other art to see if you want a chance to be my scout (I love that I get to choose who scouts me now).

Yeah. It's based off a loose interpretation of a rock opera that's loosely based on the megaman universe. I'm currently animating the rock opera, but work is slow.
