The real version of this is larger. I'm going to print it, and matte it for a friend.
He's going to shit his pants when he sees it.

He hinted at wanting a picture like this from me, but little did he know that I was
listening rather intently.

I did this while listening to Megadeth, and Bach.

cool

thats really good. Made by a combination of megadeth and bach. Like all good things in life

SPARTA!!

No, kidding. lol

Actually this reminds me of the scene from Reign of Fire. I love the illustration work and its cartoony look is more of my style. The fire and lightening feels a bit off, but for capturing the theme of two opposing forces does it some justice. Perhaps some dramatic lighting with the two figures to compliment the fire and lightening can do the trick.

Skyman is right though, more of this stuff needs to exist.

not feeling it

The barbarian's body looks like he's been mangled a few times already. the contrast of the cartoony style and the background (fire and lightning) don't really match up. The idea is good, and as mentioned a few reviews below me i really do like the idea. The epicness of the moment just isn't really there.

More of this needs to exist.

Battle axes and leaping fully commited to the moment at giant horrible monsters is something the world needs to experience more. Only qualm is that the background doesn't mesh well with the drawing. Maybe tone down the brightness of the squid and modern barbarian? The background itself is rather nice and fits it but the joining between the two layers is a little so-so.

Overall nicely done.

squidbillies vs. brutal ledgend? lol

cool pic man,
