Alright
I can see you want to get better, so I am going to be brutally honest. Do not be offended, for what I am about to say is entirely constuctive criticism. The first thing is the syle. I like the style and I can tell you were not going for realism.
On the other hand, I do think what would compliment the style, would be realistic proportions. The feet are too small, and honestly the legs confuse me; quite a lot actually. I can't tell if the thighs are just really big, or if the hips are too wide for the legs. It is very strange. My suggestion is to look up female anatomy on google or bing, and then use those in order to better your understanding of female anatomy.
Another problem is the shadows cast on the floor. The shadows don't match up at all. It seems you made the mistake of making a round shadow, and then you decided to add shadows to the legs. It doesn't make sense. Put a flashlight up to your hand and cast it on a wall. Move it around a bit, and really understand what shadows should look like. Another suggestion is to use reference images or draw real things from life to better your understanding of shadows.
