This guy is from DreamWorks' new film, which is called "Home". It's about an alien race invading and taking up residence on Earth. Oh is looked down upon by his own kind, who regard him as an obnoxious nuisance.

Now, let me explain that "Bazinga!" shirt he's wearing. It's a nod to his voice actor in the movie, Jim Parsons (who is famous for his role as Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory). This has lead me to nickname him "Sheldon 2.0" as a result. I don't think he'll wear that shirt in the film at all.
