This is an example frame of something I am preparing like hell for. I am working with a animation class pal and Youtube partner to make an animation with a female lead and a strong story. This is an example of the desired consistent quality of the picture. And hopefully, if done right, it will come to light :)
The reason it says "33 Years later" is because this is the first scene in a flashback from Katyusha, remembering a fateful night when she was only 24 years old.

Love that look, man! The grass and sky both look a bit surreal, but none-the-less impressive.
Did you get the idea of the design yourself? That grass got potential, and I can imagine it shifting in a breeze, almost like a green flame. I wonder, is the rifle Ekatarina's holding the same rifle used by the main character in the 'Overseer' series, only redone in the matter of quality? I'm curious because it shares many similarities, albeit this rifle is substantially longer, and has proper iron sights.
The grass just didn't look right the first time, so I tried something just a little different with it. If it was swaying in the breeze it sure would be nice to see, you are right.
This one is not the same rifle, although they would fire the same caliber of 7.62x54mm bullets. This one is a real life M91/30 Mosin Nagant Rifle (my favorite firearm :D).
The one he used in Overseer was some sort of carbine variant he customized himself. TBH however I was very very VERY inexperienced with my painting software back then, so I just made something that looks life a rifle.
