It appears to be that spaced out, slime-slinger Bacillus Stargerm! Armed with toxic generators and his famous "Swor-inge", Stargerm sucks up noxious poisons into the blade to deal horrendous wounds to his enemies. The poisons of Stargerm are so awful that they've actually been known to infect space time itself! allowing him to poison his way through small holes in space and make nifty getaways and aid in the art of the ambush!

The toxic generators on his back can also release a horrible blast of poison that can propel Stargerm into the skies! This of course comes with a terrible amount of collateral damage which is why He rarely fights on his home turf.
