This is just a Picture of everyone's favorite girl, Betty the Nurse, tending to a poor little patient in need.
I forgot to mention that's she as easy as a kiddie place mat word jumble. But just cause she's easy don't mean you'll get any, she still has her standards. She only goes out with rich and handsome doctors, but a broken leg or finger will do the trick.
I sketched out a rough draft of this in flash and then did the clean line-art in Corel Draw, than brought it back into flash for color. As you can see it's completely vector artwork. I was a real pain in the ass to get the shading just right. flash just wasn't designed to do work like this but I muddled through. I had to come up with a new way to do the shadow for this one. Simply adding a drop shadow looked horrible. This was really good practice with filters and colors. I need to do stuff like this more often.
One thing that almost killed me was what to do with her arms! What I sketched was very different than this. I just eventually gave up and just did anything, I think it look ok but I can't help but feel something is wrong. well if you think it looks wrong now it looked worst.

Edit* I made an adjustment to the image. For some reason when I export the image the background filter looks pixelated but it comes out fine in flash player. There was no way to fix it flash so I had to merge the exported image with a screen cap of the background as viewed in flash player. It looks much nicer now.

I gotta say...
That patient is one lucky bastard. Betty must be getting paid millions just for doing this. Adding the heart was a nice touch, though. :)
Lucky does not even begin to describe it, more like chose the right time to shatter both arms while missing the landing off the take-off ramp. She get's payed her fair share and there is no better pay than the satisfaction of know you help someone... that and getting boned.

Funny
Well I see that this one was quite funny anyways. Had no idea she would offer a blowjob to cure a patient either which was quite funny as well to me anyways. Really like how bland and lifeless the background is. It would probably take away from the main piece.
The dick looks pretty sweet and I like her expression on Betty's face. It is almost as if she seems very happy at the idea of giving a blowjob to people. The shading is also nice.
Overall, funny art piece.
Well If it makes the owchies go away, why not a blowjob? :p
I find it funny how you said "Really like how bland and lifeless the background", normally that would count as a negative but the job of a good background is the make the main subject pop-out without drawing to much attention itself. so... thanks?
I wanted the picture to look... cute! She is quite happy to help out her fellow man however she my be of assistance. After all despite no really being a doctor she has is still sworn to follow her Hippocratic Oath... Also she's totally into skiers.
