this is actually very well done! most of the time portrait pieces have some issues here and there (to big of a nose, weird chin etc). this one is 99% flawless.
i do think though, considering the angle of his face, the nostrils are slightly off

You're really getting a handle on your use of contrasts. The shadows and highlights in this one are just awesome.
