BA.

the lighting in this is very important. shows that hes trying to close himself from the world. kinda like a depressed person at a bar or party. you have the bright lights in the back showing that there is happiness and fun around him but he is dressed in mourning colors showing you drew him away from it making him look sad and alone. the fact that you named the bottle sorrow points out that he is sad about something. hes not clean shaven and smoking showing distress. especially with all the butts in the ash tray says hes been there awhile contemplating or thinking with his cheek resting upon his hand. Hes obviously worried about something because of his expression and the wrinkles on his forehead or he could just be confused. The eyes and nose shows hes been crying. shows a lot of emotion and feeling..very good one of my favorites.

Very nice indeed, i love the fact that you do new versions, i tend to do that aswell, especially after years and such of time, but anyways love the lighting effects, the lighting effects in the backround and from the smoke are pretty good, very imnpressed with that, the goldish color in the backround works with that aswell, so nice effects on this one, ima have to go digging for the original version, anyways nice work here, keep up the nice art work as always friend.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
Honestly this is perfect as is, done toch a thing.

yes, new versions are great if you're low on ideas. also good for discovering the improvements you've made, when making a remake of an old picture.

Majestic.

Very well done, my good Sir.
I enjoy the lighting done in this piece and the way he sticks out of his surroundings.
Somehow this reminds me of the movie Coffee and Cigarettes. (And not just because there are cigarettes in it).
