Crazy good work, as are a lot of your images! The amount of detail and care you put into your work is breath-taking, and that is why your results are so good. When I saw it, the first thing I thought of was that insane cosmetic surgeon in the original BioShock (I can't remember his name at the moment). Something that might've made it cooler would be if it was empty gloves doing the work, or even disembodied hands. I might be wrong, but I feel the arms kind of draw away from the main part of the drawing without actually adding anything. You don't seem the type to assert realism at the expense of your work. Anyway, I'm loving most of what I see from you! Keep it up! :D
