Details in a Surrealistic Playground

This piece is mind blowing. Quite the trip. One of the first things I noticed about it is how incredibly active and detailed it is. As soon as you look up close there is just SO MUCH going on in this piece. There are things happening everywhere. The attention to detail is just unbelievable. Every tiny section has something happening in it. I keep looking again and again and this piece just BREATHES.
I hope others slow down and truly stop to appreciate this piece for at least a few minutes. It's a feast for the eyes. As a surreal piece it is quite imaginative and exciting. All the incredible craziness that keeps you guessing in this piece is off-balancing and in a good way. There seems to be faces and limbs everywhere in all sections of this. I love the rat? in the corner with a cockpit on its head and human arms.
I loved the mixing of styles of illustration, too. Something you rarely ever see that made this more interesting, too. Much of this piece seems so incredibly alien.

Props for the Carl Jung quote.

Everyone needs to blow this thing up as big as possible and just take some time to examine every tiny piece of it. I keep finding new things.
