Was searching the web for long hair style (I have em) and found that guy. He was emotional, worn a hat and was given in terribly low resolution 227*340. I wanted to try improving resolution for a long time, wanted to try drawing male face/figure because I'm bad in drawing from mind... So here he is.
Spent 3 evenings to do that. Corel draw + some blur in photoshop
