First of all, the fact that you can draw water so well makes me insanely jealous. It looks amazing! Secondly, I find water terrifying, especially deep, dark water like in the ocean. Though this looks shallow, there is also the element of darkness at the edges which creeps me right out, which is exactly what this contest is for, so bravo from me.

Though I'm not afraid of drowning, I am afraid of everything that resides in those bodies of water, and the lack of light, since it removes some of the sense which you rely on so heavily.
Either way, excellent work, seriously.

I really like how the light plays on the surface of the water. The glow that bleeds through onto the figure creatures some great soft light.

This is definitely top-notch art. I hope to continue to see your name popping up around here. :)
