This is a collage of my first three studies in my Drawing 1 class. The glass and stick one is supposed to show the difference between natural lines and ... I think mechanical or something lines. The spheres are each made with different techniques involving graphite and charcoal. The alien dude from District 9 is made as just the outline, then just value, then both and texture.

Btw, the third image of the prawn isn't getting scanned well, which is why it looks so bad.
