I will play devils advocate here and said that:
First, the cartoon style allows for the feet to be like that.

Second the markers always look great in JJcrips's works so this is no exception.

And lastly that Skull is part of "the worst super heroes ever", so if the design is of a skinny guy wielding an axe with a disguise that doesn't match the hockey mask... well that comes as something pretty much self explanatory... i mean seizure man from cyanide and happiness better watch out!

JJCripps1996 responds:

Thank you Doomroar, I'm glad you understand my designs
he's been a character I've had stuck in my head for a while, so I finally decided to draw him :D
His mask is also cursed and he can never take it off, so he probably suffers from some sort of insanity, which explains his 'amazing' fashion sense. Pretty much everyone in the Super Thunder Fox team has some sort of crazy colour schemed outfit, and they're not proud of it.

Eh, interesting. Was this done in markers? I am not a huge fan of markers, however, sometimes they can look nice if done right. It looks like you spend a lot of time on this, and that is always good.

He looks very long, or very tall and skinny. Way too skinny for a superhero. It looks like his armor is made for someone very buff, but he is not quite filling it out the way he should be.

And where is his feet? If he was a robot it would look okay, but he's not.

I'd choose some different colors for his outfit and ax, it's not matching his mask all that well. I like the design of his mask, I wouldn't change much about it, maybe just a bit of detail or shading, but that's it.
