Actually these were done in water colour pencils, but I suppose I disregarded their special abilities and used them as normal pencils :P

I dig the controlled wisps of hair and the overall scheme; the lack of lines in the ears and what not radiate great style. Great work !

Awesome artwork. Very expressive. I especially liked how you left some parts in the face quite bright to make it even more plastically / threedimensional. Nice how you have highlighted the eyes / eyebrows and the mouth. The only thing which i have noticed is that the left eye is a little bit smaller then the right one - but i am nitpicking :D

Great work. Also recommended you for the portal. Keep it up!

jiejiep responds:

Thank you for your response! Yes, the eye is indeed smaller! I don't remember if I just didn't notice until coloured or was just too lazy to change, haha. Oh yes, I was scouted by Metastable-Steve just now. Probably thanks to you then! Thank you!

My scouter indicates you need scoutin'.
...because you have some awesome works so far. It's like a series of pencil crayon scribbles, but dem scribbles amount to heavy articulated styling. Very good work. It's like cross-hatching pop culture on acid.

jiejiep responds:

I had no idea that the scouting was a thing on NG, but I was scouted today, so that's all fine now, haha! Thank you very much for your nice comment! Pop culture on acid? I'm not sure I understand your comparison :P
