The concept behind this illustration, was to render a bug mixed with a machine. I had the idea to blend the Alien Queen from the "Alien" film series into a fly eating garbage and producing baby maggots. The original illustration was hand drawn and inked and colored with prismacolor markers. This illustration was designed in Corel Draw.
