I originally drew this with additional text to help promote The Fine Young Capitalist's 'Women making Video Games For Charity' Campaign. The campaign ended up being fully funded but some people misinterpreted the actual picture and it was sometimes put elsewhere like a meme, separated from it's original context and message. so yeah here's the character that 4chan made when asked to design a character to represent them and their donation in the campaign... the drawing only version.

If you're from GG:
*Yes you can use this for whatever
*No this does not mean I'm GG, please don't claim it does. GG achieved everything I wanted it to ages ago minus creating a non-corrupt indie game awards festival, which it will probably never be able to do so I no longer see a point in being a part of it.
*Yes I still think your opposition are absolute shit bags.

Well, am I the only one that is gonna comment on the drawing itself?
The drawing itself is pretty good! The proportions look great, the colors
are on a great balance of 'not too saturated' but 'not too dull' either.
Plus I just love the 'I'm so done with this' expression on her face.

who the fuck gives a shit about genders in gaming anymore, why is this a thing at all
play the game, stop whining about the gender - when did it become a gender thing
make this end please

JamalMason responds:

Um I agree?.. generaly I disagree with giving people special treatment on the basis of their gender because I think it's insulting to coddle people based on such irrelevant things but I felt obligated to try and help this campaign out because It was sabotaged and unfairly slandered in the media despite being overall well intentioned. I did have some issues with the campaign for the same reasons you seem to but I took more issue with the way it was being unjustly silenced and I stand by my decision to help. whether it aimed to get more women into tech or men into nursing I would have done the same.

I made this a while ago before the media shit-flinging war that was GG and before this whole subject became a tired and unwelcome one. I guess I should edit this picture now. It seems to get misinterpreted a lot.

So "real women in games" for you guys means an anime girl you've made up to agree with everything you think?

Also I like how you guys are perfectly willing to accept a (nominally) feminist campaign when it's run by a dude.

Great job guys!

JamalMason responds:

a lil bit mad your uninformed arguments got torn apart on the forum, eh wormy? First of all these are real women in games you know women like that with actual talent and vision who aren't just there to bring their shitty engenders to the table. TFYC's campaign is about promoting and celebrating these kind of women. ya see, people like women in games who actually make it a better industry not untalented pseudo-feminists who only attract perpetually offended shit cunts with no interest in games and use manipulation and the novelty of being female to carry their career.

I don't know why you'd assume the 'support real women' thing was about a fictional character ( the "anime girl" is only important because of what she represents) it's most likely because you're an ignorant moron as you have displayed before.

the "dude" is not calling all the shots. he is working with many women and on top of that he seems to actually stand for real equality. not any of this pseudo-feminist shit. He identifies as a feminist but I see him as more of an egalitarian.
any way in summary you're an idiot.

>green and purple

/V/ has changed

JamalMason responds:

meh I didn't design her but I actually think the design's pretty good, especially considering if you'd told me 2 weeks ago that /v/ had designed a character, I would expect it to be a sonic recolour or some shit. I also think it's good that they came up with what I view to be a good idea instead of just calling each other faggots and getting no where.

also "/V/" that's interesting...
