Amazing Cthulhu design. The pattern of the clouds around the moon is fitting for the great king of R'lyeh. If you had drawn this in the time of the great H. P. Lovecraft, I believe your art could have made it into the books themselves. You have a great strength in this style of art. Good work.

Thanks! Personally I regard this quite high amongst my works, and those few times I have tried to do another Cthulhu work I had to push those aside because this first one that I nailed so good.

Is that a Mind Flayer?
Mind Flayers and Cthulhu do have some similarities. And they are almost equals as malign and evil entities, only that the big C is an elder god from behind time and space. Though, Mind Flayers too origin from different dimension/universe/reality. Lucky us.
