This is really great. You set a nice mood with the lighting and tone, and the expressions add to a peaceful yet neutral atmosphere. I especially like how you positioned Sagat to show off his eyepatch - suggesting he can't see what's in front of him maybe? Meowth also juxtaposes with the scar nicely to create a character contrast.
I loved it, hope you keep making stuff like this. :)

Very adorable and something that I could never pull off. The only thing that really bugs me is that I feel like the tail is too large, but I haven't seen anyone complain about this, so I'll let it slide. Keep it up.
