it is drawn very well but he doesnt look sight with the coat the scarf is ok though its just that jacket

pretty good!
im really really not a fan of Ryu but this pic is damn good, i mean you see him fighting in snow so i guess even fire ball throwing nut cases with mental eye brows need to stay warm lol
