Falx is a young knight from Amora village. He likes to explore dungeons with his trusty pet/sidekick Fenix who aids him by lighting his path and alerting him of any enemies or hazards up ahead. In this way Fenix watches Falx' back. Their bond grows stronger with each quest and some might even call them brothers at this point. These two make a mighty team.

I'm aware that this submission is past the due date. I honestly thought that December 15th was the time limit. A human error on my part. I hope that my artwork is still considered because i really put a lot of effort into making it. Thank you.

Interesting style. Smart use of lighting. The skulls in the background are kind of extra and are shaded like one flat plane instead of several objects. Also the bird's anatomy is off. In the future, use a reference. If you're going to put little details in the background, you can't just half ass them. Give them the same shading as he rest of the piece or take them out. Also, the dragon looks great.

Thanks for the kind words and for the advice. I'll definitely use references in the future. I kinda rushed the skulls. Didn't think it was that noticeable but now that I look at it...yeah i see what you mean.
