I've been on a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. marathon since I finished the semester. Finished all three games so I started making up a mutant that might exist in the zone.

The Hermit is a humanoid mutant, similar to a zombified human, whose skin got burned off and now relies on scavenging for disposed armor to protect itself. Without armor, he is fairly weak but is faster than a bloodsucker. With armor, he has more hit points, but becomes slower depending on the quality of the armor.

The background is from the game and I sculpted the model from a mannequin.

How funny...

I heard about the stalker series about a year ago and I just got around to ordering Call of Pripyat CE, interesting coincidence. Anyway, very impressive, I like how it looks like it could have been an actual mutant from the Stalker series. Over all a very nice finished project. Might be nice to see more possible Stalker mutants in the future.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R ART!!!

Great job!
i'm also a fan of stalker.
You should keep working on this model, it deserves the attention.
And in mine opinion you should use mudbox to work on the texture that would be awesome.
Keep up the good work
