For some reason I like this style and design. Not sure why though.

Is it the man the element or the fire?
Nice contrasting colors, line, texture and decent lighting. The negative is that I can't tell what is going on. I don't know if this energy field has covered a man, if it's a suit to handle the fire, if it's a humanoid creature, or if it has yet to be rendered.
If there was some indication of a cuff of a boot I would think it was an energy field covering a man. If the body was disproportional in some way I would think it was humanoid. If there was some kind of fastening I could see it as a suit. It's a decent art work, but it's confusing.
