My first serious model, many problems with this one it's probably the reason I'm scared of modeling cars now :P You can still critique this if you want to...

Yay cool hi5 blender pal!

Yea you know its a pitty that for a general cool modeling
some details like the low contrast on wheel drawings, lights and windshields
they are just spoiling the scale sensation that gives that toy look, wich in my case i didn't have at first glace until i could look into those details.

(when people make scaled modeling in real life the great deal after getting the cool overall proportions is to give the acurate details that will ensure a real scale perception)

But great job, if you have been able to do this it will be easy to get over those little problems on further car modelings

Nice model

I think the problem you have with this is the specular settings, and maybe the refractive index of the paint. Also, to make it look less "toy-car"-esque, try using hdr imaging. Also, the glass is obviously detracting from it. I dig the model though.

IStumpyI responds:

could you explain the toy car thing a little more please, and do you know how to use hdr backgrounds with blendigo? thanks for the critique

its a real picture ?

good

It's like a toy car

This looks just like a toy car.

Either way, the lighting is pretty good, the grill is well done and you made the car look really glossy which is good. I do think you could have done an attempt on the lights and the interior (Since they're filtered by the black) but this is pretty good.

And I don't care about the fact it's slightly morphed compared to usual.

IStumpyI responds:

I'm a bit confused by the toy car thing but I do agree that I could I've done the windshields a bit better. thanks

>:D

Very nice modeling and lightning!
The whole thing has a chewy kind of feel to it.
