Red Snapper Sashimi - Traditional Accompaniments

This is a red snapper sashimi with everything you would normally find on a sashimi platter, though you may not recognize a lot of it.

The easiest thing to recognize is the red snapper.

You also have:

Gari - Spherified
Wasabi - Foam
Ponzu - Thickened Sauce
Cucumber - Gelled and a sliced strip
Sesame - Powdered and seeds
Daikon - Compressed
Red Bell Pepper - Chip

Garnished with mint and pink sea salt
