Decent eyeball

eyeballs are always pretty cool, i love this one nice colors infact you useing alot of lighting colors too, and with the black backround that really brings out the lighting effects on this one, i especially like the use pf purple under the eye, the actual white portion of the eyeball was good shading aswell, so this whole piece had alot of "RICH" colors and good shading, so as for making this better, maybe some design in the backround, still keeping the black but with some sorta design to it. anyways nice work.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
So as mentioned as above the backround, some design in the backround, still keeping the black but with some sorta design to it.

How did you make it?

How did you make it or what inspired it? I am just guessing here, it looks like markers digital color editing. I like how the eye is not just in a black background, the lavender platform helps to make it look like it had just recently been detached. good work.

This was done completely in Photoshop CS3.
