A figure is looking away from something. It could be an alien on a different planet? The red and grey make a nice contrast.

Decent
I really like the feel of this one, the red and white colors blend so well, and its almost like a "MOLD" Of some sort, the backround seemed to be cool aswell and also has that mold touch, you said you didnt like the "FACE" but i think it fit perfectly with everything else, so awsome job on this piece it has an artistic feel, any tips on improving, i might have had the backround, two differant color tones and not the same as the character so theres more focus on the character,
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
For more focus on the character there could be a differant color tone on the backrounds, even red and blue would work.
LOTR
This is just me, but it reminds me of goulum/shmegal from LOTR and the red backdrop is like the light of mordoor. Although having said that, I don't think goulum wore baggy pants. As an abstract or surreal work this works very nicely, excellent lighting and shading.
I like how the face came out.
The surrealism of the shape of his head and face round out the piece very well. I think even less emphasis on realism of anatomy would have been nice.
The posture is very unusual, and detracts from the humanity of the subject, which distances me from this piece and prevents me from becoming absorbed by it. It also deepens the dark mood, which I find pleasant.
I have nothing to say about shading that hasn't already been said, save for a complaint about the redness of the shading on the subject's right leg, which given the source of the light, shouldn't have received much red at all.
Thanks for the detailed review :D
