I think it's complete.
Everything is very well defined. Colors couldn't have been selected more fittingly to be honest. Shading is also done quite well.
The anatomy is nearly perfect, but the arms bugged me a bit for some reason. Oh well.
I love the background as well.

I think you need to edit the arm! It is tugging at my mind. I don't know what's wrong with it. But all-in-all, awesome! Much better than anything I could draw.
I can see what you mean by something is missing, but I'm slightly torn. I agree with what you say, and you could add something to the background, but at the same time, I like the simplistic background, and adding something would ruin that.
The only reason you lose marks is for the hair. I don't like the way it completely covers the face and it goes in a different direction to what you would think. I think that if you were to fix that it may add that little something you're looking for.

Yeah, the hair has been irking me ever since I drew it, but I don't know how to fix it without completely redrawing the head and the hair.
It's great, but the right leg, It's bent in a funny way...

I assume you mean the leg on our right and not the character's right.

i mean since u think something is missing.... u could add a small world in a corner or maybe draw him way at the bottom sleep in a bed so its like hes floating away in a dream, again i like it the way it is.....

Thanks. But, no, that's not what I mean. I mean that I feel that something needs to be tweaked somehow, but I don't know what.
