I'm slowly getting back into making these wallpapers, I've lost my touch a bit, but I was quite proud with this one. Enjoy!
EDIT - Let's revise my statement: "A revision of a picture I uploaded a while ago, I'm getting back to this art, and while now its basic, hopefully I'll be able to bring up some really cool pics soon! Thank you for all the reviews!!"
no offense but...
it's okay. I mean I can see you're frekin awesome at this, there's no questioning that. What I do wonder is why isn't the 'background' layer more in tune with the crazy gold vectors? In your other ones it's clearly a center focal point with radial vectored arcs of color. In this one it looks like you've just stuck an image behind your original work, and I hate to say it kinda taints is a but.
So I do get what you mean when you say loosing your touch a bit. This one, although fabulously good, unlike your other work lacks the compositional organization and the spatial qualities of blurring center focal points into continuous landscapes. In other words in this piece here I see two compositional languages that are clearly distinguishable, whereas in your other ones it tends to work better.
Beautiful work, but some compositional issues to deal with.

Thank you very much for the review! And I can see what you mean; for the most part is is indeed several layers of various images overlapping; it's something that is still in a prototype stage to say the least, I'm trying to figure out how best to mesh various colors and layers to make one even flowing image; I can understand why this one would seem bad, as it is an example of my failure to mesh the various layers.
Here in particular...well I don't even know what was going through my head, looking back at it I think I was trying to achieve the nice color blend effect...even that has been troubling me lately. In short, I've forgotten many of the tools that are available for finalizing the image after its individual components are complete. Again, thank you for the review, I'm slowly getting back to it, sadly no images are being released yet, I just haven't made one yet that I was fully satisfied with =(

Wonderful wallpaper! I personally ADORE abstracts, and this is no exception. Question, did you hand-draw everything, or did you just use stocks?
