He is a character from my comic "blackout" (working title). this is the final design for him so any constructive critique will be helpful
I'm still working with the story and designing the characters but hope you like it

The armor he is wearing is called enhanced combat armor(E.C.A) so basically he has rockets on his left arm XD.He is an novice swordmaster but he can kill up to 60 "corrupted" in 2 minutes
This is just fucking bad-ass. I LOVE the character design, it looks incredible.
He strikes me as very Fallout-esque. Not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind. Also worth noting- why is someone with powered armor wielding a sword at all, much less a katana? Again, not a bad thing if you address it in the comic, but it is something to think about.
Very nice design and great work on the environment effects. If I may make a suggestion I noticed that his shirt is a bit loose. Perhaps making it cling more would make him look sleeker. However, if you're going for a rougher look then it fits just fine.

yeah actually, I was trying to give him a intimidating look,
and the shirt like that allow him to move better and faster and also it gives some extra protection.
