And once again you grace us with another random character but you have some good detail in this one some nice shading the backround was cute and the face expression was actually pretty nifty so nice work indeed on this aspect of things, I think you could have a "RELATED" frame or border and maybe make this much larger, just a suggestion or two.

It does not speak to me...

Just a random drawing without any excelling qualities except some nice coloring... Its pretty freaky though... But... yeah, its just but... and thats not good enough im my opinion.
