I love this probably because you made it with an actual blue pall point pen. In fact, you seem to like things that are blue, judging by your other art. I think those might be arms on the bottom of the dragon's neck. It's a dragon, right? It seems to be something covered in feathers. Even with that, it looks really powerful.

You even see some shading in the background. I just now noticed it was blue. There are so many good details put into every single part. I like the two really long feathers. Well, that is how they say dinosaurs looked.

a blue pen and photoshop. This is just awesome. Great job

Lovely detailing on this, as well as varied shading and posture. The addition of adorning features to the Dragon creates a nice variance, and there's a nice suggestion of power present in the posture as well.

Astounding!

I was reading through the 'Art of Blizzard' book in EB games the other day and loved seeing all the original sketched of the races and characters from their games, and how many of them were done with a pencil or pen on the back of a homework assignment or on some graph paper. I think there's something within us artists that finds that kind of thing kinda neat and pelasing, not sure why, but creating something completely different and otherworldly on something as mundane as the back of homework.

Anyhow, my main point is, this piece is fantastic, and it being in biro on paper in no way diminished that, in a way it's almost enhanced by it - its different, purposeful and well presented, great work on optimising it for upload, great contrast and clarity, nice burnt edges, and most of all the drawing itself is just brilliant. Keep up the awesome work, adding this one to my favorites.

Looks like a cross between a dragon and gryphon
