I did this for a dude over on DA. Just for fun and stuff, these are his characters, I THINK they're based on the Guildwars universe or something. Fun to paint.

i agree with kostou, also the front girl doesn't have a right arm so it looks like she has a floating hand..

Here some pointers:
1 the girl on the right her right arm is a bit short although i understand the perspective will shorten that arm a little it is just e little bit to short.
2 Her left hand is a little too big.
3 Her centre of gravity is just a bit off
4 the girl on the left misses her complete right arm.
5 her head is a little too small compared to her hands.

I love your coloring technique, the girl however on the right seems to be in an awkward position with her bow. It just seems unnatural after releasing all that force that she'd be almost completely vertical.
Though you have more experience than me so in actually creating art so I might be tad off in my assertion.
