Beautiful! The style looks really nice, Its like a balance be between semi-realism and caricatures. The coloring is beautiful, it gives a slightly colder feel to it, but it looks very appealing, what I would have done is balanced it with a bit warmer coloring or lighting in some places. The eyes here are fantastic, the purple is really pronounced considering the rest of the coloring. Beautiful work on the hair too, it has great texture due to shading and a nice reflective sheen in some places. The "flesh tones" here are really good, they shift in many places that can be considered good and bad, for example, the top of the nose has a BIG color change from the bottom Great work on the shading around the eyes and on the body, it is really good. The shading on the face is especially good, It helps to show depth and contours. There are a could striking proportional problems, bit it is the style in which it is drawn. All around good work here, can't wait to gaze upon more.

i adore cute faces like this. I think black or ginger hair color would be more apropriate :) that's just my personal opinion :)
