Thank you. There are more ways to do it, maybe even faster if you are more familiar with Photoshop tools then me. I tried different ways, but I stick to Manga Studio because I use it the most.
It's a combination of some paper texture on different blending modes. I usually have texture on Overlay and Multiply on top of everything, with low opacity. It makes some nice harmonization of the colors. But you can try other blending options to get more options.
The spots I add in PS, with Pixelate Halftone Filter on Multiply, low opacity.
